Easy install and works great not having to drag around a charger any more. My ip90v Canon is so much easier to use with this battery addition.
Thank you and believe me when I say, I told ALL my friends. It works great and it was shipped to me very quickly. I searched every electronic store i could find and even in these difficult times I could not find a deal. So I went to Amazon, and not only did I get my printer I got the battery and bluetooth all for less than the cost of the printer in the stores.
They go off when charging is complete. People seem surprised to see the printer suddenly start printing when it is just sitting on the table with no wires. Snap the battery into the holder and then screw it onto the back of the printer using a coin. The battery seems to hold a charge for a long time. It is rather expensive in my opinion, but it does the job. Then charge up the battery. Don't freak out when you see the three green lights flashing -- that just means it is charging.
It charges in less than 2 hours, with the original printer power pack. It's even better if you have infared on your laptop, no wires at all. It has good battery life, I use it a few times a week in the field; I have charge it about once a month. This is a great option to purchase. I would highly recemend it. You can find it for less than $100. I is a little pricey, but well worth it. It is very nice on the road, just take it out of your bag and turn it on.
Why would you want to carry the AC adapter around with your new hi-tech printer.The battery does have a lighted indicator to tell how much power is left.Get the battery and leave the power brick at home.
